About this Event

How to be a better lover.

It’s the holy grail that most of us are striving for – but how do we actually get there?

Whether you’re in the early stages of getting to know someone and exploring new sexual terrain, or with a long-term partner looking to heighten your pleasure and deepen your bonds, there are simple things you can do to maximise arousal and have mindblowing sex.

Learning to be a better lover is all about transforming habituated patterns around sexuality in order to make our sexual experiences a more masterful art. That doesn’t necessarily mean throwing a new position into the ring (although, that can help). It means approaching sex in a whole new way.

From mastering sexual tension to slowing things down, and from carefully noticing arousal cues to vocalising desire, our How to Become a Better Lover session is designed to give you a stronger connection in the bedroom, which makes for longer and more meaningful orgasms.

Led by Dr Saida, our in-house psychosexual expert, and Aaron, our in-house psychosomatic sex coach, this workshop is designed for couples of all bodies and orientations. By the end of this session, you’ll be able to listen to your own body and read someone else’s, instantly making you an all-around better lover.

What You'll Learn

  • How to create a more sensual connection with your partner through deepening relaxation and interoceptive awareness (feeling from the inside of your body).
  • How to slow down and last longer, by exploring how small, micro-movements can create immense, macro-sensations for both you and your partner.
  • A new approach to penetrative sex that is focused on the body-mind-heart connection for a full-body experience.

Although this workshop is designed for couples, we also welcome individuals to join, whether to take these skills offline with your partner later that evening or to learn more about giving pleasure to a potential partner in the future.

This event will be recorded and sent to you afterwards (for full anonymity, your name can be changed and your camera can remain off). You will receive a Zoom link to join the session 1 day before the event start time.

“It’s through deepening our sensual and somatic awareness of our body that we unlock our full pleasure potential.”

Dr. Saida DésiletsDr. Saida Désilets

“Kama is creating an opportunity for individuals to harness the amazing technology of their own bodies in the safety of their own home so that they may begin their own neuroplastic healing process. It’s time for us to move out of theory and into embodiment so that we may know acceptance, self-worth, and self-love from the inside out.”

Lisa WimbergerLisa Wimberger

“Pleasure is our birth right and has its own unique sound print. I want to live in a world where we can sound our pleasure freely and create harmony and connection. Kama brings all of this to life, offering learning, growth and support. The world needs more of this!”
