A guided self-pleasure session for finding and optimising pleasure around the infamous g-spot.
For women and those with vulvas, we grow up learning that touching ourselves is bad or shameful. We also develop unrealistic expectations of the female orgasm from film and porn. As a result, we rarely spend the necessary time to truly feel and understand our genitals.
On Thursday 3rd December, Kama is hosting another guided self-pleasure workshop – this time focusing on finding and playing (yes, playing!) with the g-spot, along with all of our other internal nooks and crannies. This event will be all about breaking your previous orgasm patterns and masturbation habits in order to discover pleasure in new, unfamiliar places.
Dr Saida, Kama’s in-house psychosexual expert, will lead us through a gentle, intimate, and supportive experience of finding the g-spot and other pleasurable points in your genitals. We will begin with some slow warm-ups, ease into a full live practice, and then transition to settling back down into an open and safe space with time for any questions for our expert.
Please note that this workshop will involve being intimate with yourself, so come with a curiosity and an open mind in order to make the best of this experience. It is an event for individuals with vulvas, although couples are also welcome to join. The Zoom link and details will be sent out to ticket purchasers 24 hours and also 2 hours before the event start time.
We’re so excited to foster this safe space with you as we explore and redefine what pleasure can mean for us.
What our experts say
“The Kama Method works with the body’s natural design to build new neural-pathways for deep states of relaxation, sensuality, pleasure and orgasm. The result is becoming a masterful lover, for yourself and others.”
Aaron Michael
“It’s through deepening our sensual and somatic awareness of our body that we unlock our full pleasure potential.”
Dr. Saida Désilets
“Kama is creating an opportunity for individuals to harness the amazing technology of their own bodies in the safety of their own home so that they may begin their own neuroplastic healing process. It’s time for us to move out of theory and into embodiment so that we may know acceptance, self-worth, and self-love from the inside out.”
Lisa Wimberger
“Pleasure is our birth right and has its own unique sound print. I want to live in a world where we can sound our pleasure freely and create harmony and connection. Kama brings all of this to life, offering learning, growth and support. The world needs more of this!”
