“I rediscovered my pleasure in my 40s, and it changed my experience of life as a whole. My sexual wellness practice is the best thing that I do for myself. Kama was created to make it easy and simple for everybody to start the journey, wherever they are.”

Pleasure is Health
On the Kama Apps, we offer 100s of video tips and practices to address all your questions or issues around sex. These exercises combine elements coming from various disciplines and science such as the following:
Neuroplasticity
Recent research in neuroplasticity, which is the brain's ability to move, change, and heal, has shown that we can create new neural patterns and behaviours with intentional, repetitive practice. The Kama Method is a psycho-somactic system designed to build new pleasure pathways.
Psychosexuality
How we think and feel profoundly impacts our experiences of sexuality and pleasure. By reframing our perception of ourselves, and building more interoceptive awareness, we can create sensual and sexual experiences which align with our true desires.
Somatic Awareness
In order to deepen our access to pleasure, we need to drop into our body. Somatic practices help us get out of our head by training our interoceptive awareness, which means ‘feeling from the inside of the body’. Some somatic methods are also used for trauma healing.
Ancient Wisdom
For thousands of years, cultures around the world have been harnessing sexual pleasure for their health and vitality. Modern science has confirmed the effectiveness of some of these ancient practices, but it cannot replace age-old ways of energetic love-making.
“Stress is the number one proxy killer in the world, this is why our mental health is more important than ever. When we connect to our body and focus our attention on sensations and pleasure, we immediately get out of our heads. Kama offers practices and techniques for sexual embodiment.”
