Chloé’s Method

Chloé is the founder of Kama, which helps people build a deeper understanding of sexuality, pleasure and intimacy.

For years, she has brought together somatic bodywork, psychosexual re-patterning, and embodied cognition to explore a question that sits at the heart of this programme: how can we best experience ourselves and be with another?

Her work goes beyond understanding sexuality intellectually. It is through facilitating hundreds of workshops and somatic sessions that she developed her ability to observe the body, how patterns are formed, how we respond, and how to keep the heart open when we feel most exposed.

Chloé’s approach is focused on adapting mindsets and habits, through interoceptive awareness, resensitisation, sensorial mindfulness, self & co-regulation. You will learn how to embody these tools and apply them to shape how you feel throughout the day.

  1. Learn how your system works

You’ll learn how your pleasure, orgasms, boundaries, and emotional regulation shape your intimate experiences.

  2. Pay attention to your body

Through guided sensory and embodiment practices, you’ll learn to notice what is happening in your body rather than relying only on what you think or believe about yourself.

  3. Practise new ways of responding

The aim is to create experiences that give your system something new to work with. Daily and intentional practice helps you become more familiar with your patterns, responses and ways of relating.

  4. Take it into your life

The exploration continues outside the sessions. You’ll be given practices and reflections to explore in your everyday life, and in your relationships with others.
