Your breasts are like any other part of your body, waiting to be explored. A regular breast massage takes only a few minutes a day, and all you need is your hands and some oil.
An under-explored pleasure zone
The breasts respond to arousal. When aroused, more blood flow and oxygen are directed to them, which makes them more sensitive to touch. Blood flows to the areola and can make it look darker, and the nipples look erect.
A nipplegasm is an orgasm that happens from touching the nipples and breasts. Take your time and explore different techniques. You might find pleasure in very light strokes, or prefer more pressure, including massaging, squeezing, or pinching. If you are with a partner, they can also lick or suck.
A point of connection with the body
Having a regular breast massage practice is an essential part of overall health and wellbeing. It builds a stronger connection to your body. It improves sensitivity and pleasure, which can lead to nipple orgasms. It supports better lymph drainage, which is your body's sewage system.
How to do it
You can do this standing, sitting, or lying down. With clean hands, put a little massage oil in your palms and rub them together to create some heat. Place the palms of your hands gently on your breasts, with the nipples positioned at the centre. Stay here for a moment, connect to your heartbeat, relax your jaw, and breathe slowly through the nose.
Now start massaging the sides of the breasts, doing circles with the palms of your hands, in one direction and then the other. The idea is to lift the sides of the breasts with the circular movement. Try to feel and explore the pressure and speed that feel good to you. A few minutes a day is all it takes.
If you are doing this with a partner, the first step can be to start your own daily breast massage so the connection is established first. Once it is, the partner can begin to do these massages regularly too. It might also be worth doing some resensitisation of the nipples.
