Sexual wellness has been a life-long passion for Chloe, and Kama is the product of over 15 years of self-discovery, research, and preparation. Through Kama, her mission is to help people access their pleasure.

About You

We are looking for a savvy data analyst to help our team with our data analytics efforts. Working directly with the executive team, you will help us craft our data strategy, and assist in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a proven ability to work both independently & collaboratively, and is passionate about our industry.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Co-CEO to present findings on user cohort trends, product engagement, marketing acquisition, and experiment results in a digestible format
  • Research and suggest tools and resources to empower data access and self-service analysis for the team
  • Advise the product and engineering team on optimal data organization our mobile applications, and the future public product
  • Extract and analyze internal data sets to identify key insights and influence the product roadmap
  • Build data products and models, partner with the engineering and product teams to develop deep user behavior analysis.
  • Serve as a thought partner in strategic product discussions

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of data analytics work at a tech company or startup
  • Understanding and interest in the topics of sexuality, relationships, and intimacy
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and common analytics services
  • Desire to have fun at work with a lean and growing team
